Psychological TestingPsychological Testing
Psychological testing for children and adults is an iterative process that involves specialized assessments, tests and in-depth clinical training to determine psychological diagnosis, differentiate between diagnoses, and/ or provide a direction for educational or vocational institutions to use for student support (e.g., academic accommodations). Dr. Shum and her team provide comprehensive evaluations, neurodevelopmental evaluations, ADHD/ Learning Disorder evaluations, and assessments for psychological diagnoses. Insurance does not always pay for psychological testing, but a superbill of the services conducted by Dr. Shum can be provided to assist with reimbursement.
